3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Clients must provide accurate information when booking.

• Cancellations must be made at least one day before the beginning of the appointment or a $100 cancellation fee may apply.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

 

4. Payment & Refunds

• All payments must be completed before services are rendered.

• Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any services rendered or pre-paid appointments.

• Any disputes must be reported within 48 hours.
